The Japan Civil Network for Disaster Relief in the East Japan (JCN) is a broad coalition of Japanese NPOs, NGOs, CBOs and Private Enterprises providing disaster relief, formed in order to support those affected by the March 11, 2011 East Japan Earthquake.
